How We Work
“Seek First to Understand”
Our first meeting with a client is a “chemistry” meeting where we start to understand the issues. Hopes for the future, as well as concerns and reservations, are discussed as part of determining if our working together seems like a good fit.
While each situation is unique, we generally follow the chemistry meeting with an assessment phase which often includes interviewing key players to understand their perspectives on the challenges. This process not only helps us to further understand the issues, but also starts to create a sense of “buy-in” for further actions. The assessment phase ends with a proposed “road map” with clear deliverables and timelines.
Implement Best Practices
Our depth of experience and training allows us to bring a variety of approaches and “best practices” to each situation. We share our knowledge so clients can continue to manage their own success into the future. During the course of our working together we frequently review the “road map” to assure that the process is on-target and that goals are being met. In most cases we remain committed to the client over a period of time – rather than a single event -- to assure that independence and success are achieved. |
